Nadia Syaza binti Rahizam obtained her LL. B (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2019 and upon her admission to the Malaysian Bar on 6th October 2020, she worked at Messrs. Salim Bashir, Ruswiza & Co. as a legal assistant from 6th October 2020 until 17th October 2021 and later worked at Messrs. T. Harpal & Associates as a legal assistant from 18th October 2021 until 31st December 2022. She has ceased practice and worked as a legal advisor for Andalusia Tijarah Sdn Bhd from 1st January 2023 until 18th December 2024. From 19th December 2024, she continued her practice as a partner at Messrs. Riswana & Co. until the present day.

She is a dedicated and detail-oriented legal professional with experiences in managing trials, case preparation, and legal documentation across various courts, including
Magistrate, Sessions, High Court, Court of Appeal, and Federal Court. Demonstrated success in providing strategic legal counsel, assisting senior counsels in complex trials, and handling a wide range of criminal law matters, including anti-trafficking, drugs, and serious criminal offenses. Adept at preparing critical legal documents such as Habeas Corpus, Judicial Review applications and bail applications.
