Farhah najiha binti Muhammad Fairuz was born in Kuala Lumpur and obtained LL. B (Hons) from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA) in 2023. She completed her pupillage with Messrs Manjit Singh Sachdev, Mohammad Radzi & Partners (Subang Jaya) on 4th June 2024. Upon her admission to the Malaysian Bar on 5th July 2024, she worked at Messrs. Fairuz as a legal assistant from 29th July 2024 until 31st August 2024 and later as a partner at Messrs. Riswana & Co. from 1st September 2024 until the present day.

She is currently supervising all conveyancing matters which includes drafting and preparing Sale and Purchase Agreement for sub sale cases and direct from developer, perfection of transfer and charge, Deed of Assignment including for post auction matters, organizing the transfer of strata titles, preparing Tenancy Agreement, Trust Deed, Power of Attorney, Deed of Receipt and Reassignment, Deed of Renunciation, Deed of Revocation and preparing loan documentations for Conventional and Islamic Banking.
